Our People
Silcom employs over 150 skilled engineers, technicians, and specialists on-site, dedicated to delivering superior-quality products with unmatched delivery lead times for our customers. Our technical capabilities include the design and management of our own equipment and software, supported by an on-site workshop that provides 24/7 on-call support.

Sustainability
Silcom is a socially and environmentally responsible company, committed to sustainable business practices. We utilize green energy through our 800KVA solar system and operate a fully integrated on-site cable recycling plant, ensuring we minimize our environmental footprint.
To mitigate the risk of power failures, Silcom is equipped with three 450KVA generators, guaranteeing uninterrupted service to our customers.
